Description of Event

Jennifer Telford invites women of all ages for a fun, informal Saturday afternoon gathering to empower you with tools to enhance one's physical and emotional well being in creating breast health. She will discuss the benefits of a lymphatic based breast massage with nourishing herbal oils to enhance circulation and alleviate discomforts associatied with common breast related conditions: PMS, cystic changes, lactational issues, post surgery healing. Some of the benefits include improved immunity, relaxation, familiarity with one's body, revitalize breasts, and much more. She will also create awareness about how stress and emotional issues may energetically cause imbalance predisposing one to disease and offer suggestions in the healing process. This new model of breast care encourages us to think differently in how we care for our breasts and may offer a preventative measure against breast cancer.
